Courtyard By Marriott Denver Downtown Hotel

I thought the room were tight. The space in the rooms were very tight.

Room was very quiet, for being in downtown Denver!

The room cost more than the event I was there to see (Elizabeth Gilbert at the Paramount Theater), but the location was perfectly convenient!

Location and front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Elevator is noisy and was running all night. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off The mattress was too soft No pool ( I should have looked into this) NO breakfast....just a little disappointed because I have been travelling a lot this last 2 years and assumed all hotels provided this perk.

Staff were wonderful.

We had to move after the first night due to noise. our neighbors partied past 5am. Walls seem very thin but there was also a door connecting our room to a suite next door. Front desk was very helpful to move us to a quiter inside room. No connecting door! Yea.

Location was excellent. Room was very quiet.

Felt like there could've been more amenities offered for the price, i.e. airport shuttle or lesser expensive overnight parking.

Cleanliness

Phone in the room was out of order for a short time.

Nice location with neat view of 16th street

Walls are PAPER thin. Had to listen to activities of rooms next to us all night long. Got absolutely no sleep and decided to check out the next morning instead of staying second night as originally planned. It was very disappointing.

Went to Denver for playoff game loved the location and the staff was very friendly

Great location with a lot of good restaurants and shopping nearby.

The view, the lobby, the exercise room were all very good.

Was charged $70 for parking in the hotel's parking lot for 2 nights. This was not disclosed, even when I asked, and the receipt that was slid under our door only said $35 for parking. Still not able to get anyone to help reverse $35 of the $70 charged to my card. Marriott is becoming more of a scam, just wanting to make money of their customers, than the elite hotel they used to be. This is the 3rd time in a year and a half that myself or one of my family members have had trouble with Marriott. I will never stay at one of their properties again.

Convenience

On the 19th morning at 5 am, I dealt with an unfriendly front desk. She was a black lady. I believe she shouldnt be working in the hotel industry.

Closeness to downtown, hotel staff really friendly, Rialto cafe

It rocked! We had so much fun and the room was perfect.

Central to my needs.

No room safe. I paid for a city view room upgrade ($8.+ per day) for a view if the parking garage.
